Yukun Liu is the William H. Meckling Associate Professor of Finance at the Simon Business School, University of Rochester. His primary research fields are asset pricing, Fintech, machine learning, and labor.
Prior to joining Simon, Professor Liu received his PhD in economics from Yale University and BA in economics and mathematics from Cornell University. He has won multiple teaching awards and developed the first Financial Technology (FinTech) course for Simon Business School. His research has won multiple awards, including the Q-Group Jack Treynor Prize, the Blackrock Applied Research Award, and the WFA Cubist Systematic Strategies Award.
